IIT Tirupati MTech Admission 2025: The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Tirupati is accepting the application form for MTech admission. The last date to fill out the IIT Tirupati MTech admission form 2025 is April 21. Candidates meeting the eligibility criteria can fill out the IIT Tirupati MTech 2025 application form online at the official website: iittp.ac.in/m-tech-admission. While filling out the IIT Tirupati MTech application form 2025, they must keep the specified documents ready with them.

IIT Tirupati is offering MTech in the following areas/streams: Chemical Engineering, Environmental and Water Resources Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Structural Engineering, Transportation and Infrastructure Engineering, Computer Science & Engineering, Data Science & Artificial Intelligence, Signal Processing, Communication & Machine Learning, Microelectronics & VLSI, RF & Microwave Engineering, Design & Manufacturing and Thermal Engineering and Energy systems.

Who are eligible for IIT Tirupati MTech Admission 2025?

Candidates must meet the below provided eligibility requirements to fill out the IIT Tirupati MTech admission form online:

For HTTA (Half-Time Teaching Assistantship)

• Bachelor’s in Engineering/Technology or Master’s in a relevant discipline (as per Table A) from AICTE/ Government-approved institutions.
• Valid GATE score in 2025, 2024, or 2023 in a suitable paper.
• Final-year students expecting to complete their degree by July 2025 are also eligible.

IIT Graduates (without GATE)

• B.Tech degree from IITs in relevant discipline.
• CGPA of ≥ 8.0 (or ≥ 7.5 for SC/ST) on a 10-point scale.

For Non-HTTA Candidates (A) Sponsored Candidates

• Employed with full pay for 24 months in a recognized industry/organization/lab (approved by DST or IIT Tirupati).
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience as on the application deadline.

One of the following qualifications:

• B.E./B.Tech. or Master’s in Science (as per Table A) with minimum 60% aggregate.
• Same degrees with a valid GATE score in a suitable paper (Table A).
• AMIE or equivalent professional body membership in relevant disciplines.

Note: All applicants must meet the minimum eligibility criteria in educational qualifications and relevant exams.
