IIT Tirupati organises Industry Academia conclave

The Centre for Sponsored Research and Consultancy (CSRC) at Indian Institutes of Technology (IIT) Tirupati has organised an interaction programme with the Industry Academia conclave focusing on Electronics Manufacturing Cluster at IIT Tirupati.

Many industry experts participated in the conclave and presented their manufacturing capabilities and expectations from the institute and government. Chief Manager of CSRC, IITT Dr K Thirupathi has coordinated the conclave, as reported by The Hans India.

Conclave to bridge gap between industry, policy makers

The main goal was to bridge the gap between industry, government policy makers and academia and facilitate institute collaborations with industries for research projects, students' internship and start-ups etc. The event was also to help IIT Tirupati faculty, researchers and students gain an industry perspective.

IIT Tirupati organises 3rd Summer School on Machine Learning 2022 

IIT Tirupati is conducting the 3rd Summer School on Machine Learning 2022 (online) from July 25 to July 29 with practical sessions.

The primary goal of the summer school is to onboard students/faculty/practitioners onto the topics of ML through both theory and hands-on sessions involving the following three unique features:

• Up skill for the need of the hour - Business requirement to problem statement formulation
• Impart essential knowledge of ML, DL, RL and Unsupervised learning methodologies
• Code demonstrations and hands-on sessions

The last date for registration was July 20 and the maximum number of registrations allowed was 100 only.
