ISRO Fellowship Registration 2026

ISRO JRF Fellowship 2026: Indian Space Research Organisation has introduced fellowship programme through UR Rao Satellite Centre (URSC), Bengaluru. Candidates can apply for Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) under science and engineering at official website isro.gov.in. Last date to apply for ISRO JRF is July 11, 2026. Candidates who have graduated in ME, MTech or MSc are eligible to register. They can apply for research fellowships in these programmes

  • AI and Machine Learning

  • Electronics and VLSI

  • Aerospace Engineering

  • Mechanical Engineering

  • Computer Science and IT

  • Physics and Mathematics

How to apply for ISRO JRF Fellowship Programme?

To apply for ISRO fellowship, candidates can go through these steps

  • Go to isro.gov.in

  • Visit CAREERS section

  • Register by entering email ID

  • Fill in application form and submit

  • Save and get printout of it

Candidates applying for JRF-E1 to JRF-E12 and JRF-M1 to JRF-M3 must have ME/MTech/MSc (Engg.) or equivalent postgraduate degree with First Class and at least 60% marks or CGPA of 6.5 out of 10. 

For JRF-E13, candidates should have either MSc degree with First Class and a minimum of 65% marks (CGPA 6.84/10) or MTech/equivalent postgraduate degree with First Class and at least 60% marks (CGPA 6.5/10). They must also qualify through CSIR-UGC NET (including Lectureship), GATE or any equivalent national-level exam conducted by DST, DBT, DAE, DOS, DRDO, MoE, ICAR, ICMR, IITs, IISc, IISERs and NISER. JAM and JEST are also considered.
