JEE Main 2016 registrations will commence on Dec 1

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) announced JEE Main 2016 dates on November 18, 2015.  The exam will be held on April 3(offline), April 9 and 10 (online), 2016.

JEE Main 2016 registrations commenced, on December 1 and will continue till December 31, 2015. The detailed information brochure for JEE Main 2016 too is now available on the official website of the exam.  Check JEE Main 2016 important dates here!

JEE Main 2016 application process is an online affair. To register for the exam, interested applicants can follow the process explained briefly below. The detailed application process of JEE Main 2016 will be updated soon.

1. Students need to download the information bulletin once released by CBSE and read it carefully to make sure they are eligible for the exam.
2. After downloading, they are required to read the contents of the online format and instructions to apply online as mentioned in the information bulletin. Make sure that you keep the entire information ready.
3. Aspirants are required to keep the Scanned Images of their Photograph, Signature and Left Hand Thumb Impression ready in JPG format only.
4. Now, interested applicants can fill in the JEE Main 2016 online application form.
5. After filling JEE Main 2016 application form, aspirants can upload Scanned Images of Photograph, Signature and Left Hand Thumb Impression.
6. Applicants will be required to pay Examination Fee by Debit/Credit card or e-challan. E- challan is generated after submission of details in online application form.
7. Now, applicants can download the acknowledgement slip and keep it with them for future.

Please note that the aspirants should mention only their own Mobile No. and E- Mail ID while submitting the On-line application form. This is because all the communications will be sent to the candidates on their registered Mobile Number and E-mail ID only.
