JEE Main Answer Key challenge period extended

National Testing Agency has extended the time duration for raising objections in JEE Main answer key 2022. As per the new schedule, candidates can challenge JEE Main 2022 answer key up to July 4 (11:50 pm). Earlier, the JEE Main answer key challenge period was up to July 4 (5 pm).

Candidates who have any objections to the answers mentioned in JEE Main answer key 2022 session 1 can challenge the key online from the official website jeemain.nta.nic.in. To file the objections, candidates also need to pay INR 200 per question.

JEE Main 2022 answer key was released on July 2. Candidates can check the answer key available on the NTA JEE Main 2022 website. To check the answer key, candidates will have to login on the website using their application number and date of birth/password.

How to raise objections in JEE Main Answer Key 2022

To raise objections in the answer key, follow the below-mentioned steps.

• Visit the official website

• Click on JEE Main 2022 Answer Key Objection link

• Login using the application number and password/date of birth

• Answer key and recorded response will be displayed on the screen

• Select the answer which has to be challenged

• Pay challenge fees

• Click on the save and confirm button

Challenges will be submitted upon confirmation by the candidate. Download the confirmation page of the answer key challenge and take its printout.

The challenges submitted by the candidates will be reviewed by the officials after which NTA will release the JEE Main final answer key. Candidates will not be allowed to raise any objections in the final answer key. JEE Main 2022 result will be calculated on the basis of the final answer key.

JEE Main 2022 Result Date

The result of JEE Main 2022 session 1 is likely to be declared by July 9. NTA has not informed the confirmed JEE Main result date 2022. However, as per the past trends, JEE Main result 2022 will be declared within a week of the release of the answer key.
