JEE Main 2022 Dates Session 2 REVISED; Exam from July 25 onwards
As per the reports, a senior NTA official has confirmed that JEE Main 2022 will now start from July 25 and not July 21. The delay has been made to keep enough time between CUET and JEE Main July session.
JEE Main 2022 session 2 exam will be held from July 25 onwards, instead of July 21 to 30. This has been reported to be confirmed by a senior official of the National Testing Agency (NTA). It has been also reported that NTA has decided to defer the exam to keep enough gap between the Central University Entrance Test (CUET) and the beginning of JEE Main. CUET 2022 exam will be held from July 15 to 20.

As per the reports, NTA which will also conduct CUET, wants to have some buffer period between the two exams as it will be difficult for them to start JEE Main right after CUET ends. Therefore a buffer period is created by delaying JEE Main 2022 session to July 24. NTA has yet not put out any official notice in this regard yet.
JEE Main 2022 session 2 exam will be held in CBT mode. the application process ended on July 12. Now the registered candidates will be issued the JEE Main admit card soon. Once released, candidates will be able to download the admit card at the official website – jeemain.nta.nic.in.

Here are the steps to download the JEE Main 2022 admit card
Step 1: Open the official website - jeemain.nta.nic.in
Step 2: Click on the JEE Main admit card 2022 download link
Step 3: Login using JEE Main application number and date of birth
Step 4: Admit card will be displayed on the screen
Step 5: Download and take a printout
NTA conducted the session 1 exam from June 23 to June 29. The result for the session 1 exam was announced on July 10. A total of 14 candidates scored a perfect 100 percentile score. While the paper 1 exam result has been announced, JEE Main paper 2 results 2022 are awaited. In the session 1 exam, a total of 7,69,589 students appeared against a total registration of 8,72,432.
The syllabus for JEE Main 2022 Paper 1 (BTech) includes Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. JEE Mains syllabus 2022 of Paper 2A for Architecture (BArch) includes topics of Mathematics, General Aptitude, and Drawing, while Paper 2B (BPlan) syllabus includes Mathematics, General Aptitude, and Planning topics. The exam will be held in 2 shifts each day. The exam venue, shift and other important details will be available on the admit card.
