The National Testing Agency has announced the JEE Main 2025 final result. Now that the candidates have their All India Rank revealed, they need to plan out their admission choices. The candidates who have cleared the JEE Main 2025 cutoff for JEE Advanced will be appearing to appear in the Advanced exam for IIT admission to be held on May 18. JEE Advanced registrations will start on April 23. Other candidates who have not qualified the cutoff for IIT JEE Advanced, but have good ranks in JEE Main, must look forward to admission in the National Institute of Technology (NITs).
Top NITs in India and Their NIRF Rankings
There are a total of 31 National Institutes of Technology (NITs) in India. Out of the total, 20 NITs are among the top 100 list in the NIRF Engineering Ranking 2024. NIT Trichy, NIT Karnataka, NIT Rourkela, NIT Warangal, and NIT Calicut are some of the popular NITs across India. Admission to BTech Programs in all the NITs is managed through the JoSAA counselling process, based on AIR rank secured in JEE Main.
