JEE Main Jan 22 Exam 2026: National Testing Agency is conducting JEE Mains 2026 session 1 on January 21, 22, 23, 24, 28 and 29, 2026. JEE Main day 2 exam 2026 was concluded smoothly for both shifts. On day, over 2 lakh candidates appeared for JEE Main Jan 22 exam. On day 1, NTA posted on X platform, over 2.6 lakh candidates appeared for JEE Main Jan 21 exam, registering overall attendance of approximately 96%.
Officials also stated that it remains committed to excellence, transparency, and integrity in assessment practices. Candidates must note that JEE Main paper I exam is being held in two shifts from 9 am to 12 noon and second shift from 3 to 6 pm. Paper II will be held on January 29, 2026 in single shift- from 9 am to 12.30 pm.
