JEE Main Exam Centre List: National Testing Agency will be conducting JEE Main session 1 exam on January 21, 22, 23, 24 and 28 and 29, 2026 for all registered candidates. Getting a distant or unknown centre is common. Here are some tips for candidates on to how to handle it

• They need to visit exam centre few days before exam as will help them estimating travel time 
• They must plan their travel in advance, like they should book train or bus early if intercity. Also, keep buffer time for traffic delays
• Arrange accommodation, if needed. If centre is more tha 100 km away, consider staying nearby, choose hotels close to JEE Main exam centre
• Reporting usually starts 2 hours before exam, therefore, candidates must reach early on day of their JEE Main 2026 

Late entry is not allowed under any circumstances. Also, NTA does not change JEE Main exam centres except in very rare cases.
