The National Testing Agency (NTA) will soon release the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Mains 2026 application form. Engineering aspirants will be able to fill out the form on the website, jeemain.nta.ac.in. Recently, the authority announced the JEE Main exam date 2026. The session 1 exam is scheduled from January 21 to 30, while the session 2 exam will be held from April 1 to 10, 2026.

The JEE Main notification also mentioned a major change for the JEE Main registration 2026. Certain details of the applicant’s such as name, date of birth, gender and others will be auto-filled as per their Aadhaar. This will make the form-filling process easier and reduce errors. • Visit jeemain.nta.nic.in. Click on the JEE Main 2026 application form. Register as a ‘New Candidate’.
• Log in with your registered details and fill out the form one section at a time.
• Upload the JEE Mains 2026 required documents and pay the application fee.

Eligibility Criteria for JEE Main 2026 Registration

It is important to check the eligibility criteria to apply for the exam. Candidates must be Indian citizens. Foreign Nationals, NRIs, PIOs (Persons of Indian Origin), and OCIs (Overseas Citizens of India) can also apply. Applicants must have completed class 12th in 2024, 2025 or should be appearing in 2026. There is no JEE Mains age limit or minimum marks required for registration.
