#JEEMains2022ExtraAttempt: NTA receives representation from engineering aspirant demanding extra JEE attempt
The representation filed by the JEE Main aspirant to NTA demanding an extra attempt for JEE Mains 2022 list down various reasons including Agnipath Protest, Floods in Northeast India, Cancellation of over 500 trains resulted in difficulty in traveling, section 144 imposed in various parts of the country.
#JEEMains2022ExtraAttempt: While the National Testing Agency is prepping up to release JEE Main result 2022, JEE Main aspirants under the guidance of ‘All India Student’s Union’ (AISU) submitted a representation demanding extra attempt. The expected JEE Main 2022 result date is July 7 to 9. Considering the trend of past year result date, NTA had always announced JEE Main result within a week of the answer key release. Meanwhile, engineering aspirants are strongly demanding an extra attempt to appear for JEE Mains 2022.
The representation filed by the JEE Main aspirant to NTA demanding an extra attempt for JEE Mians 2022 list down various reasons including Agnipath Protest, Floods in Northeast India, Cancellation of over 500 trains resulted in difficulty in traveling, section 144 imposed in various parts of the country. The prayer in the representation reads, “It's our request to you with folded hands to take up this matter in the interest of the students and allow an Extra Attempt in JEE MAINS 2022 to ensure fair chances & opportunities in this regard. We request you to please consider the serious situation faced by the students& allow an Extra Attempt for JEE MAINS 2022.”

Engineering aspirants have also flooded Twitter with tweets demanding an extra attempt for JEE Mains. Earlier, demands for postponement of the JEE Main 2022 entrance exam were also made by students via social media itself. Students are using #JEEMains2022ExtraAttempt to make their demand reach the concerned authorities along with Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan as well as Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
JEE Mains Results 2022 likely by July 7
JEE Main answer key was released on July 2 and the facility to raise objections was open up to July 4. This year, NTA will most likely release JEE Main 2022 result anytime by July 9. The direct link to check result will be available on the JEE Main 2022 website jeemain.nta.nic.in. Students will be required to use their application number and date of birth/password to check their JEE Main result. Details about JEE Main percentile score of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics will be mentioned in the result/score card.
