KCET 2026 Results Likely This Week; Scorecards on Official KEA Portal
KEA is expected to declare KCET 2026 results this week on its official portal. Over 3.3 lakh candidates appeared for the KCET exam and they might be awaiting their results. Candidates can download scorecards using registration details. Ranks are based on a 50:50 weightage of the KCET entrance exam scores and 2nd PUC board marks. For more details follow below.
The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) is expected to declare KCET 2026 results this week. As per the tentative dates we can expect the results between May 20 and May 25, 2026. Following the official release of final answer keys on May 10, over 3.3 lakh anxious candidates are awaiting their qualification scores.
Once declared, the KCET scorecards will be made available for download on the official KEA website - cetonline.karnataka.gov.in/kea, or kea.kar.nic.in, and karresults.nic.in.

KCET 2026 Timelines & Release
KEA adheres to a specific format on result day. Based on previous trends, the evaluation process indicates the following schedule. First the Press Conference Announcement will be done where KEA will announce final ranks, pass percentages, and toppers list around 11:30 AM. Followed by the direct portal link to view individual scorecards will go active later in the day.
How the KCET 2026 Ranks Calculated?
The final rank is compiled using a 50:50 weightage system:

50% weightage is taken from the candidate's core subject scores (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/Biology) in the KCET 2026 entrance exam.

50% weightage is evaluated from the standardized 2nd PUC (Class 12) board exam marks.
