MP BTech Round 2 Merit List 2026 Released; Seat Allotment on July 27

Candidates who registered for the MP BE 2026 round 2 counselling and seat allotment process can now check their position through the merit list. The result of seat allotment will be published on Juy 27.

MP BTech Round 2 Merit List 2026 Released; Seat Allotment on July 27

The Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Madhya Pradesh, has released the round 2 common merit list for BTech/BE admissions. Candidates can check the merit list on the official DTE MP counselling portal at dte.mponline.gov.in. The MP BE round 2 merit list has names and all India rank of candidates who applied for the round 2 seat allotment.
The MP BE round 2 seat allotment result will be released on July 27, 2026. Candidates will have to login to DTE portal to check their seat allotment status. Those with allotted seats have to confirm their seat by paying admission fees and print their allotment letters from July 27 to July 30. Reporting and document verification at the allotted institute also to be completed within July 27 to 30.
Those looking to switch branches within the same college will get a separate opportunity, with internal branch-change choice filling open from July 31 to August 1, and the allotment letter for internal changes to be issued on August 3, 2026.
Admissions to engineering colleges in Madhya Pradesh is through on JEE Mains. Candidates who did not appeared in JEE Main can apply from class 12/qualifying exam scores but preference is given to JEE qualified candidates.
It is mandatory to complete each step after seat allotment which include payment of seat acceptance fees, document verification, and institute reporting within the specified dates. Any candidates who misses the deadline will lead to the cancellation of allotted seat.
