NTA Announces JEE Main 2026 Session 1 Dates; Check Paper 1 & 2 Exam Dates

JEE Main 2026 exam date is out. Paper 1 exam will be held on January 21, 22, 23, 24 and 28 and on each day there will be two shifts. Paper 2 will be held on January 29, 2026, in one shift. Check full schedule and details below.

NTA Announces JEE Main 2026 Session 1 Dates

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the JEE Main 2026 exam dates. Earlier, NTA has notified that the session 1 exams will be held between January 21 to 30. The exact dates on which the exam will be held during this period have now been announced. The JEE Main 2026 session 1 exam dates are January 21, 22, 23, 24 and 28 (Paper 1) and January 29 (Paper 2).

The candidates have been allotted the date on which they have to appear for the exam via the JEE Mains 2026 city intimation slip which has been released at jeemain.nta.nic.in.

JEE Main 2026 City Intimation Slip and Admit Card

The NTA JEE Main city intimation slip will inform the candidates about two important details - the allotted JEE Main exam date and the exam city. The advanced city intimation slip will not have the information regarding the exam centre name and address, or the exam shift time.

The exam centre name, centre address and shift timing will be allotted to the candidates via the JEE Main admit card 2026, 3 to 4 days before the allotted exam day.
