NTA will issue the JEE Main admit card to all registered candidates on the official website jeemain.nta.nic.in. To check and download the admit card, candidates gave to use their application number and date of birth.

According to unofficial reports, JEE Main 2026 Session 1 exam has recorded over 14.5 lakh registrations.

NTA has announced that the JEE Main 2026 Paper 1 (BE/BTech) exam will be held on January 21, 22, 23, 24 and 28, 2026, and the Paper 2 (BArch/BPlanning) exam on January 29. 1. Visit the official website of JEE Main 2026 - jeemain.nta.nic.in.
2. Now click on the link for JEE Main 2026 session 1 advanced city intimation slip.
3. On the next page, the JEE Main 2026 login window will open. Here, enter the JEE Main 2026 application number and password to login.
4. Under the login, candidates can check the JEE Main 2026 city intimation slip link. Click on the link.
5. The JEE Main 2026 city intimation slip showing the allotted city will appear on the screen. Check and download the slip.

NTA has sent emails to those candidates who have used identity documents like PAN Card / Indian Passport / Non-Indian Passport to fill the JEE Main application form. Such candidates have to now upload an additional document - "Photo Verification Certificate", available under their respective logins at jeemain.nta.nic.in, by January 15.

Candidates also have to bring a copy of this certificate to their designated allotted exam centre on the day of the exam, where it will be required for physical identity verification.

The National Testing Agency (NTA) will be capturing the live photo of all candidates at the exam centres. Candidates who will be appearing for the JEE Main 2026 January session exam will have to go through facial recognition-based identity verification and mandatory live photograph capture at the centres.
