SRMJEEE 2026 Registrations Expected in the First Week of October, Check Eligibility here

As per sources, we can expect the SRMJEEE 2026 notification to be released in October. The SRMJEEE official notification, along with the information brochure, will be released at the SRMIST official website srmist.edu.in. The exam body, SRMIST, is expected to start the registration process of SRM Joint Engineering Entrance Examination (SRMJEEE) 2026 in the first week of October 2025. We can say this as per the past year dates, where the notification was released in October. SRMJEE is a popular engineering entrance exam that is conducted by the SRM Institute of Science and Technology (SRMIST) for admission of shortlisted candidates into its B.Tech programmes across various campuses.

Eligibility Criteria for SRMJEEE 2026
- As per academic qualifications are concerned, candidates who have qualified in or are appearing in Class 12 (or equivalent) with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as compulsory subjects.
- They must have a minimum of 50% aggregate in PCM is generally required (45% for some reserved categories).
- Applicants must be born on or after 1 July 2005.
- NRIs, PIO, and OCI cardholders are also eligible to apply under the international admission category.
About SRMJEEE
The SRMJEEE is conducted across multiple phases in remote-based proctored online mode. The SRMJEEE question papers are based on subjects such as Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/Biology, Aptitude, and English sections. Candidates who qualify in the SRMJEEE exam will be called for the counselling and seat allotment process.
To be eligibile for the SRMJEEE exam candidate must have secured a minimum aggregate of 60 percent marks in Physics Chemistry and Mathematics subjects in the intermediate level (10+2) exam to get admission to the Kattankulathur, Rampuram, and Vadapalani campuses. For admission to the Delhi NCR campus, the student must have scored 55 percent marks in Physics Chemistry and Mathematics subjects. For more details, you may visit the Shiksha SRMJEEE exam page.
