The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) released the KCET 2025 second round counselling schedule today, August 21, 2025. As per the KCET notification, the display of the revised seat matrix, including Choice 3, Choice 4, forfeited, cancelled, and newly added seats, if any, will be available from August 21, 2025, onwards. Candidates can visit the official website - cetonline.karnataka.gov.in for timely updates.

As per the official schedule released by KEA, the KCET 2025 round 2 seat allotment mock/provisional results will be published on August 29, 2025, from 1 PM onwards. However, KEA has not yet announced the date for the final second round seat allotment results.

For candidates seeking admission in engineering courses, options after the second round allotment will include Choice 1 (confirming the allotted seat by paying the fee and reporting to the college) or Choice 4 (declining the seat). Those who accept Choice 1 will still be eligible to participate in the third round of counselling, subject to the agreement terms and conditions.

Karnataka Examination Authority does not provide any official KCET mock tests for students. However, applicants appearing in the exam can practice KCET 2024 mock test from the website of various coaching institutes. Practicing KCET mock test 2025 helps candidates to understand the scheme of exam and marking scheme. Applicants can also use the KCET mock test to evaluate their performance before appearing in the exam. Candidates can also check important topics and chapters asked in the exam along with their weightage using KCET UGET mock test. Applicants are advise to analyze their performance after tempting KCET mock test 2025 to figure out weak and strong areas.

KCET mock seat allotment is a list of students and colleges released after counselling is conducted. In mock seat allotment the name and college of students is mentioned . If any student want to get it changed, they can edit the response or else the alloted college will be final.

A:

The Karntaka Examinations Authority will release the KCET 2025 round 1 mock seat allotment result on July 19 after 11:00 am. Candidates are advised to stay updated with the KEA KCET counselling 2025 dates.
