The applicants aspiring to pursue engineering courses at SRM Institute of Science and Technology (SRMIST) can apply for the SRMJEEE 2027 examination. The registration process has opened for all phases of SRMJEEE 2027.
Students however will have to plan their admission more strategically this year as SRMJEEE 2027 exam phases have been reduced. Students will now get only two attempts in SRMJEEE 2027 with phase 1 in April and phase 2 in June. SRMJEEE 2027 exam date for phase 1 is April 17 to 18 and June 19 to 20 for phase 2.
The two attempts of the examination would make it necessary for students to plan their preparation in a proper manner as there will be no third attempt for score improvement during the admission process. Previously, candidates were provided with additional attempts that helped them perform better in the next phase. Now when there are limited attempts, it would become necessary for students to prepare themselves from the very beginning.

SRMJEE is the exam conducted by the SRM University and if you are preparing for the JEE exam than it is more than enough for you and you don't have to prepare from somewhere else. There are total of 360 marks and of 120 questions in total which has 4 sections and they are as follows: Mathematics Chemistry Physics English and logical reasoning In mathematics, mainly focus on your basics using NCERT and mainly focus on speed and accuracy. There will only be questions. In physics, prepare using HC Verma volume 1 and 2. Study through the NCERT books. In Chemistry, prepare using NCERT books and that will be more than enough. For English, prepare using NCERT books of class 11th and 12th. JEE Preparations are more than enough for SRMJEE. No one (usually) prepares for SRMJEE separately. You study for JEE give your exams book a slot for SRMJEE as per your convenience (after JEE-Main obviously) study the extra portion and practice the mock test of SRMJEE as many as possible. Just focus on speed and accuracy for SRMJEE. Just be aware of silly mistake made in questions are easy because choices are really confusing.
Students have to consider the first phase to be a big attempt and must aim at completing most of the syllabus before the examination date and solving practice questions and mock tests on a regular basis. By performing well in the first phase, students can save themselves from the stress and secure a good position or even a preferred course and campus.
It would become easier for the aspirants appearing for the first phase because many other students might appear in the same phase as the number of attempts are limited and there will be more competition in the first phase. Students who are preparing for both Class 12th board and SRM entrance examination are advised to make a proper schedule for both.
Students must focus on concept clarity, proper revision and time management in their preparation for the examination. Solving sample papers and knowing the exam pattern would be helpful for candidates to prepare well.
