TG EAPCET 2026: Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad has already announced TS EAMCET exam dates for engineering stream. As per announced date, TS EAMCET will be conducted from May 9 to 11, 2026. As of now only exam dates have been announced. It is likely that TS EAMCET application form 2026 will be available by March. However, there has been no official update regarding release of TS EAMCET 2026 application.ย 

TS EAMCET application process includes registration, filling out forms, uploading documents and payment of fees. To complete TS EAMCET registration, they must meet eligibility requirements set by officials. TS EAMCET Eligibility Criteria 2026 to Apply for TG EAPCET

Candidates can check below eligibility requirements for TS EAMCET based on nationality, age limit, educational qualification and other details. They must note that these eligibility is based on last yearโ€™s notification. It will be updated in case of any changes, once TS EAMCET 2026 notification is released. Check detailsย 

Nationality: Candidates must be Indian nationals or Persons of Indian Origin (POI) or Overseas Citizen of India Cardholders (OCIs). They should belong to the state of Telangana and satisfy Telangana local candidate eligibility.ย 

TS EAMCET Age limit: Candidates must be 17 years of age as of December 31 of year of admission. The upper age limit is 22 years for all candidates and 25 years for scheduled caste and scheduled tribe.

Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed or appeared in class 12 or its equivalent exam with subjects Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry as optional or related vocational courses in the fields of Engineering and Technology from Board of Intermediate Education Telangana. They should secure at least 45 percent marks in class 12th.ย 

TS EAMCET Local Statusย 

Candidates who have resided or studied in any educational institute of Telangana/Andhra Pradesh for at least four consecutive years up to their qualifying exam will be considered local.

Telangana Engineering, Agriculture & Pharmacy Common Entrance Test (TG EAPCET) is state-level exam conducted for admission into professional courses in Telangana. It is held once in a year to get admission into BE, BTech, BPharm, PharmD, BSc, BFSc, and BVSc in universities and private colleges across state.

The eligibility criteria for each course is different. Candidates are advised to check the eligibility criteria before applying for the Jamia Millia Islamia Entrance Exam. For UG course, candidates must have passed Intermediate with at least 50 per cent marks from any board. For PG course, graduate degree with at least 50 per cent marks from any recognised university is required.

If two candidates score same marks, the exam body will follow tie-in method and check their marks in PCM subjects. If that is also same, they will select the student based on seniority through DOB.
