DoTE has released the TNEA 2020 rank lists on September 28 for admission to BTech courses. Candidates can check the steps to download TNEA 2020 rank list from below.
Directorate of Technical Education (DoTE), Chennai has published the TNEA rank list 2020 on September 28 in online mode. Eligible candidates can download the TNEA 2020 rank list from the official website available online. The authority has prepared the rank list of TNEA on the basis of the marks secured by the candidates in the qualifying examination based on the marks obtained in the relevant subjects reduced to 200 (Mathematics – 100, Physics – 50 and Chemistry – 50).

  • The overall rank is prepared based on the merit list considering the tie-breaker resolution
  • The overall rank and community-wise rank has been published in the TNEA web portal
  • After the publication of the rank list, a week will be reserved for addressing applicants’ grievances then such applicants can contact the office of the Secretary, TNEA at Directorate of Technical Education, Chennai 600 025
  • Those candidates who have not produced their documents during document verification process will not be included in the rank list

TNEA 2020 counselling will be held based on the revised schedule to be announced by DoTE Chennai. The online counselling for Academic & Vocational courses consists of Initial Deposit, Choice Filling, Tentative allotment, Confirm Tentative allotment & Provisional Allotment.
