UBTER JEEP 2026 Counselling Registration Opens for Round 1; Fill Choices by June 21

The counselling registration and choice filling for UBTER JEEP 2026 has started. Candidates who have secured a rank in JEEP 2026 can now apply for the online counselling process and get admission to participating colleges in the state. Find direct link and check how to fill in the choices here.

UBTER JEEP 2026 Counselling Registration

Uttarakhand Board of Technical Education, Roorkee (UBTER) has commenced the UBTER JEEP counselling 2026. Candidates who wish to participate in the counselling process must register and fill in their choices by June 21. The counselling link is available on the website, admissions.ubterjeep.co.in. Candidates must note that there is no fee to register for the counselling process. If students are allotted a seat in a government or government-aided polytechnic institute then they will have to pay a fee of Rs. 8000 at the time of reporting.

To register for the counselling process, candidates have to go to the official website, click on the login for the respective course. Students have to use their JEEP roll number, candidate name, roll number and Captcha.  After submitting your details, you will be prompted to enter your mobile number, email ID and create a password. Now log in again to continue applying for the JEEP counselling process.

How to Fill Choices for UBTER JEEP 2026?

To submit the choices for UBTER JEEP counselling, candidates have to:

• Log in after completing the registration. Click on the choice filling button. On this page, you can search and select institutes using filters such as: Institute Type (GOVT/PVT), Institute Name and Program.
• Click the +Add button next to the desired institute to select it.
• Once you have selected institutes, you can arrange them in order of preference by assigning choice numbers. Use the up and down buttons to adjust the order. To remove a choice, simply click the remove button.
• After arranging your choices, click save and continue. The filled choices summary page will open. Review your selected choices. If you need to make changes, click the back button.
• If all choices are correct, check the declaration box and click I agree to lock my choices.
• Enter your password to confirm the lock.
