UPSEE counselling 2020 round 1 online registrations for all category candidates (excluding NRI & Kashmiri Migrants) commence from October 19 onwards. Candidates who qualified in UPSEE 2020, conducted on September 20 can participate in the UPSEE counselling. The last date for candidates to register for UPSEE 2020 counselling for round 1 is October 22. Document verification and choice locking begins from Oct 20, 2020 (1 pm) and will close on October 24 (11:59 pm) and October 26 respectively. The first UPSEE 2020 seat allotment result will be declared on October 26.

AKTU, the conducting authority of UPSEE had earlier commenced with the online counselling for NRI candidates and Kashmiri Migrants from October 16.

How to register for UPSEE 2020 counselling?

Take a look at the below steps to register for UPSEE counselling 2020:

Step 1: Visit the official website of UPSEE 2020

Step 2: Click on “Round 1 counselling registrations” tab

Step 3: Enter your roll number as mentioned on UPSEE admit card, password and captcha and submit

Step 4: Fill the online form and make the payment of application fee to complete the registration

Step 5: Take a print out of the filled-in form to be preserved for future reference

UPSEE counselling is being held four phases in online mode. The counselling process includes registration, payment of application fee, uploading the required document for verification, choice filling and locking, seat allotment result, online freeze or float and reporting to the allotted college. Candidates must fill their course and college preferences for the final seat allotment. After the announcement of UPSEE seat allotment results, candidates will have the option to freeze, float of withdrawal seats. Candidates who accept the allotment will have to report at the allotted institute for the final admission. However, those who are not satisfied with the allocation can wait for the other rounds of seat allotment results.
