The Integrated MTech programme at VIT University is a 5-year tailored programme for students who have completed their 10+2. The selection is completely based on 10+2 marks, and no entrance exam is required. Through VIT Integrated MTech course, students will be able to gain technical skills, develop research and practical knowledge that is relevant to the industry.

To apply, students can visit admissions.vit.ac.in and head to MTech application form. Register to fill application form. Submit details, upload documents and pay fees. After submission, admissions are conducted based on -

Commonly asked questions
VIT Vellore BTech fee ranges between INR 6.9 lakh and 8.3 lakh. The fee changes depending on the specialisation. The total course fee has to be paid in the agreed upon instalments.
Students have to meet the VIT Vellore course eligibility to get admission in the university. The requirements and minimum percentage may change depending on the programme and specialisation. The common eligibility however, is as below:
- VIT Vellore UG eligibility - Class 12 with required subjects from a recognised board
- VIT Vellore PG eligibility - UG degree in relevant field from a recognised university
- VIT Vellore PhD eligibility - PG degree in relevant field from a recognised university
No, 75% is not required for VITEEE. The minimum qualifying mark is 60% marks in physics, mathematics and chemistry. On the other hand, for SC/ST, Jammu and Ladakh and North-Eastern states, the minimum qualifying mark is 50%.
According to the subject requirement, 60% or 50% is calculated based on Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/Biology. PCB is required for Biotech/Bioengineering.
To sit in VIT placements, students need to have a minimum 60% marks both in class 11th and 12th.
