VITEEE 2026 Phase II Choice-Filling from May 19: With VIT 2026 Phase I seat allotment result declared on May 14, VIT is all set to start the phase II choice filling process. Students with rank 20001 to 45000 are eligible to appear for VITEEE Phase II counselling. The last date to pay the counselling registration fee is May 18 (tomorrow). Read below.
VITEEE 2026 Phase II Choice Filling from May 19: Counselling Dates, Dos and Dont’s
The VITEEE 2026 choice filling window for phase II counselling round will open on May 19 (10:00 am) and will close on May 20 at 5:00 pm. During the process, candidates will have to fill their preferences of VIT campuses, branch, programme and fee category. To access VITEEE choice-filling window, candidates have to login to counselling portal using their application number and password.
How to do VITEEE 2026 Choice Filling smartly?
Students appearing for this counselling round, must check what other students have received during their VIT phase I seat allotment result based on their rank. Since, VIT counselling portal uses a rank-based system, here’s what students must imply to maximise their chances -

Select choices in numerical order of fee category. You cannot skip to a higher category without listing the lower ones first.

Since there is no limit, add as many campus and branch combinations as possible. If your rank is at the borderline of Vellore campus, then include other campuses as well.

Candidates can shuffle their choices as many times they want within the deadline.

Don’t ignore campus eligibility. CSE at VIT Vellore (for category 2) is often limited. Therefore, do add Chennai, AP, and Bhopal to the list. |
| Download provisional admission letter immediately after seat allotment result is out |
Do not forget that seat once allocated cannot be changed or upgraded under any circumstances. |
