West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB) will announce WBJEE 2026 exam date soon. Following previous years’ trends, candidates were expecting WBJEE 2026 official notification to be released in December 2025. However, no details have been announced yet regarding WBJEE 2026 exam. WBJEEB conducts WBJEE as an annual examination to select candidates for BTech admission into participating colleges of state.

WBJEE 2026 Official Notification Delay: Why was December Window Missed?

No official reason has been announced by WBJEEB about delay in WBJEE 2026 exam date announcement. As per reports, announcement may have been delayed because of upcoming state elections, that are also scheduled for March or April 2026. Another reason for delay may also be due to late conclusion of counselling for previous admission year. WBJEE 2026 is expected to be held in last week of April.

Is WBJEE Registration Date 2026 expected soon?

WBJEE application form 2026 will be released tentatively in third week of January. No official date announcement has been made yet. Candidates can complete WBJEE registration online at wbjeeb.nic.in/wbjee. Online application form will be open tentatively for a month. Before registration, candidates should check official WBJEE 2026 eligibility criteria.
