West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board has released WBJEE 2026 Phase 1 Round 1 decentralised seat allocation online at wbjeeb.co.in. Candidates can now check their WBJEE DCAP 2026 seat allocation online by logging in with required credentials. The seat allocation has been prepared based on the combined WBJEE 2026 decentralised counselling merit list, which is separate for each college/institute-stream/discipline combination. During WBJEE decentralised counselling 2026, choices could not be submitted as per preference.

How to check WBJEE Decentralised Seat Allocation List 2026?

Candidates can follow steps given below to check WBJEE DCAP seat allocation list.

  • Go to wbjeeb.co.in
  • Click on the ‘Seat Allocation’ link.
  • Candidates will have to log in with their User ID and password.
  • Once logged in, they can check their seat allocation as per their submitted institute-course preference.
  • If they are mentioned in multiple seat allocation lists, candidates will have to lock down one choice.

To convert WBJEE seat allocation to allotment, candidates will have to pay the seat acceptance fee of INR 2000 online, i.e., through net banking/credit card/debit card. The final date to make the payment is September 12, 2026 (11:59 PM). After the fee is paid, they will obtain the system generated ‘Provisional Admission Receipt’. Candidates will also have to physically verify their documents at allotted institute by September 13 (6:30 PM).

WBJEE 2026 DCAP Phase 1 Round 1 Allocation: Who is eligible for upgradation?

Candidates who failed to get allocated in Round 1 will be eligible for WBJEE decentralised counselling Phase 1 Round 2. No fresh choice filling will be allowed for the second round. Those candidates who are not satisfied with their Round 1 allocation can also opt for upgradation, but they will have to complete their fee payment and document verification process.
