BITS HD 2026 Iteration 2 result will be announced soon. Students who applied for the institute can check their results on the official website. The iteration 2 result will be declared for students who attempted the BITS HD 2026 exam on May 25 or 26 or through GATE/GPAT 2026 scores. 

When will BITS HD exam result 2026 be announced?

The reason for the delay in the BITS HD result 2026 for iteration 2 is yet unknown. However, as the BITS also accepts GATE and GPAT scores for selection and admission, the institute must be evaluating scores and verifying ranks between GATE/GPAT and BITS HD 2026. Based on the past year’s trends, there’s always a delay of two to three days. 

How is BITS HD Merit List 2026 prepared?

To offer admission to M.E/M.Pharm programs, the institute prepares two separate merit lists-

• One based on GATE/GPAT scores

• And other based on BITS HD marks

For each program, 50% marks are reserved for GATE/GPAT admission and 50% through BITS HD cutoff marks. The admission cutoff will consider a cutoff score for each category, based on received applications and availability of seats. 

BITS HD 2026 Stipend

Candidates who have been selected through GATE/GPAT scores are offered with a stipend amount of INR 13,400 per month during the semester over and above the GATE/GPAT scholarship. Students who have been admitted through BITS HD 2026 exam, are offered INR 13,400 per month (per semester). Such students will have to contribute graduate student teaching assistantship of 8 to 10 hours per week. The consideration for fellowship will be as per the institute norms.
