When will the JEE Main 2022 registration begin? And other important details

JEE Main registration will most likely begin from December third week. Candidates are advised to keep checking the JEE Main 2022 official website for updates on the schedule of the application form and exam dates.

The National Testing Agency would be conducting the JEE Main 2022 exam in four sessions in February, March, April, and May respectively. JEE Main 2022 registration will start anytime soon now. It is most likely that JEE Main application form 2022 will be released in the second or third week of December.

There is no official announcement by NTA regarding JEE Main 2022 dates but as the first session of the exam is slated to be held in February, the registration process will most likely begin from December third week. JEE Main 2022 application form will be available only in online mode on the official website jeemain.nta.nic.in. As JEE Main 2022 will be held four times, the NTA will release separate application forms for all four attempts however, students will have the option of applying to one or more attempts altogether during the registration period of any particular session.

As per the NTA Director Vineet Joshi’s statement given to a news agency, “The number of attempts in JEE Main 2022 will depend upon when the board exams will conclude for class 12 students. The NTA conducted JEE Main four times in 2021 owing to difficult situations due to the Coronavirus pandemic. It is also likely that JEE Main 2022 will be held four times to facilitate students to give the best of their performance and increase their chances of getting a good score.

Will there be any change in JEE Main Syllabus 2022?

The NTA had not made any changes in the syllabus of JEE Main even in 2021 and it's very unlikely that there will be any revision in the syllabus for this year. If there will be any revision in the JEE Main 2022 syllabus, it will be available on the official website.
