Delhi University has announced abstract submission guidelines on the topic India's Foreign Policy under Modi 3.0: Challenge and opportunities in collaboration with Delhi School of Transitional Affairs and co-sponsored by ICSSR, New Delhi. 

DU Conference

Delhi University is conducting a two-day international conference on India's Foreign Policy under Modi 3.0: Challenges and Opportunities on January 9 and 10, 2025. The conference is being organised by the Department of Political Science, University of Delhi in collaboration with the Delhi School of Transnational Affairs (University of Delhi) and co-sponsored by the Indian Council of Social Science Research, New Delhi. 

During the event, Ono Keiichi, Ambassador of Japan will be the Chief Guest while Ram Madhav, President of India Foundation, will deliver the Keynote address. Meanwhile, the DU Vice Chancellor, Prof Yogesh Singh is the chief patron of the conference. 

The convenor of the conference informed that over 120 delegates from India and abroad will participate in the conference to discuss the changing dynamics of India’s Foreign Policy over last decade. Indian Council of World Affairs, Indian Council of Social Science Research, and Maulana Abul Kalam Azad Institute of Asian Studies have co-sponsored this conference. 

For this conference, professors, students, policy experts, and other individuals with interest were invited to submit a 250-word abstract. The concept of abstraction required a distinct description of the issue being studied, the main research questions that would answered, the goals of the study, and an overview of the main conclusions. Following this, the shortlisted abstracts were contacted to submit a full paper for the conference.
