Gujarat University Exam Dates 2026 Revised Amid Eid Holiday Shift; Check New Schedule

Gujarat University has rescheduled 40+ exams after the state changed the Eid-ul-Adha holiday date. Know Gujarat University new exam dates for MSc, BBA, BCA, BA, and BCom. Meanwhile, BCom Semester 2 exam time has been changed due to a clash with the company secretary exam on June 1, 2026. 

Gujarat University Exam Date Revised: Gujarat University has revised the exam dates for more than 40 exams amid shift in Eid holiday. This decision came after the state government moved the public holiday for Eid-ul-Adha. The holiday was first set for May 27. The university had planned its tests accordingly. Later, the government shifted Eid holiday to May 28. Because of this, Gujarat University had to clear the schedule for May 28 and move over 40 exams to new slots.

Gujarat University Revised Exam Date 2026 for Postponed Exams

GU has released a Gujarat University new exam schedule for the affected papers. Tests will now take place between May 29 and June 6.

Gujarat University BCom Exam Time Changed

In a similar event, GU has also changed the timing for the BCom Semester 2 exam. This change happened because the Company Secretary (CS) exams also start on June 1.
The BCom test will now be conducted from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM. All other exam times will stay same.
