IGNOU, CII to Hold Mega Job Drive in Delhi on Dec 23; Tata Play, Airtel, Razorpay Among Recruiters

IGNOU will conduct a Mega Job Drive in Delhi on December 23, 2025 in collaboration with CII and Career Edge Academy in which multiple recruiters will participate.

Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) along with Confederation of Indian Industry and Career Edge Academy will hold a Mega Job Drive in Delhi on December 23, 2025.

This placement drive will be conducted at IMCC EDC, Ghitorni, near Time Metro Station and will begin at 10 am. Job seekers will be able to attend walk-in interviews for openings across different sectors.

According to IGNOU, available roles include customer and flip phone sales, telecaller and collection executive positions, digital marketing roles and airport ground staff posts for cargo and retail operations, etc.

Recruiters participating in drive include Tata Play, Tata Play Fiber, Teleperformance, Cogent, ICEGATE, Apollo Munich, Razorpay and Airtel.

IGNOU has stated that candidates will also receive support such as resume preparation, mock interviews and basic guidance on interview communication. Some companies may conduct on-the-spot selections, depending on role requirements.

Candidates planning to attend job drive should carry an updated CV, relevant educational and experience documents, Aadhaar card and passport-size photographs.

University said that this job fair will help aspirants connect directly with employers and access placement opportunities through a single platform.
