The Russian Educational Agency launches its New Delhi branch to help Indian students study in Russia, offering admission support, visa assistance, and cultural programs to strengthen bilateral relations.

A branch of the Russian Educational Agency has opened in New Delhi. This agency is a joint project by Synergy Corporation and Innopraktika India. Its goal is to strengthen the friendship between Russia and India, promote cultural, scientific, and social ties, and help Indian students get quality higher education in Russia.

The New Delhi branch will act as a support center for students. Experts will help choose study programs and universities, guide students through admission steps, and assist with visas and paperwork. This makes it easier for Indian students who want to study in Russia and gain international experience.

"Many Indian graduates of Russian universities have become true ambassadors of friendship between our nations and cultures. Russian universities are the direct heirs of the Soviet higher education system, which gained recognition and respect in many countries, including India. The Educational Agency will continue this tradition: if previous generations of Indian specialists studied at Soviet universities, we will now help their children receive a quality education in Russia," said Vadim Lobov, President of the Synergy Corporation.

Objectives of the New Branch of Russian Education Agency

The agency works with leading Russian universities and plans to expand in India. In 2026, new branches will open in Mumbai and Chennai, and over 10,000 Indian students will be sent to Russian universities. The agency will also promote Russian culture and language through special classes for schoolchildren. The first interactive lesson, ‘Bridge of Friendship: Russia and India,’ was held in Delhi schools with over 1,000 students attending. More such lessons will follow.

"It's important for us not just to provide foreign applicants with information about Russian universities. They can find all that online if they wish. Our task is to help them prepare for admission. Therefore, we select preparatory courses, assist with paperwork, and ease cultural adaptation," emphasized Natalia Popova, First Deputy General Director of Innopraktika.

The interest in Russian culture and language confirms the strengthening of humanitarian cooperation between our countries. The branch of the Russian Educational Agency in New Delhi will become a new point of support for Indian youth seeking international education and will contribute to even closer cultural, scientific, and economic interaction between the nations. Russian education traditionally enjoys high prestige in India, particularly in fields such as medicine, IT, and engineering.

Graduates of Russian universities make a significant contribution to the development of the Indian economy and scientific-technological progress, with many becoming ambassadors of Russian-Indian friendship, applying the knowledge they gained and sharing the unique experience acquired in Russia. Synergy Corporation is a major private development institution with an educational ecosystem serving over 200,000 people. It offers programs for schools, vocational and higher education, professional development, business training, and MBA. Its core is Synergy University.
