University of Hyderabad has launched two online certificate courses in Advanced Malariology and Sanskrit learning. Classes for these courses will begin on July 15. Check the course details and eligibility here.

University of Hyderabad

University of Hyderabad will launch two new online certificate courses in science and humanities fields. The two coures included Advanced Malariology Biology of Parasitism and Drug Resistance and Samsadhani-Pravesika Learning Sanskrit. The classes for these courses will begin on July 15. Both programmes will be offered through Centre for Digital Learning Training and Resources.

The university said the certificate courses will have credits that can be transferred across universities. Students who successfully complete the programmes will receive a certificate from University of Hyderabad. The university is improving online learning ecosystem. It is offering full-fledged online degree programmes in coming years.

New Online Certificate Courses Announced by UoH

The university has introduced the following programmes:

  • Advanced Malariology: Biology of Parasitism and Drug Resistance with 2 Credits
  • Samsadhani-Pravesika: Learning Sanskrit using Computational Tools with 4 Credits

University officials said that these programmes have been designed to give basic knowledge a modern touch. The courses will provide students with specialised skills. The University of Hyderabad has also indicated that it will further increase its courses for students.

It is working to introduce skill-oriented online courses and aims to launch complete online undergraduate and postgraduate degree programmes.
