WBJEE JECA 2026 Schedule Announced; MCA Entrance Exam on June 14
WBJEEB announced JECA 2026 schedule for MCA admissions in West Bengal. The online registrations for WBJEE JECA will begin on April 9, 2026. Candidates with Bachelor’s degree can apply from official website for securing seats into top state institutes for 2026 session. The OMR-based entrance exam will be conducted on June 14.
The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB) released the schedule for JECA-2026. As per the dates released by WBJEEB the state-level entrance exam will be conducted on June 14, 2026 (Sunday). Candidates meeting the minimum eligibility criteria will be able to apply from April 9, 2026 onwards from wbjeeb.nic.in to get admission into Master of Computer Application (MCA) courses across West Bengal for the 2026-27 session.

WBJEE JECA Application Process & Fees
The application process is only available via the WBJEEB registration link at the official website. The board has set the following application fees:

Who can apply for WBJEE JECA?
To apply for JECA-2026, candidates must meet the following requirements:

The JECA-2026 will be conducted in offline mode in an OMR-based test. The time duration will be 2 hours while the language will be English. The total questions will be 100 which will be on MCQs based format divided across two categories: Category I: 80 questions (1 mark each; 1/4th negative marking) & Category II: 20 questions (2 marks each; no negative marking).
