Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology had declared KIITEE 2022 result for phase 2 held from April 14 to 17 in remote proctored mode. Candidates can get the direct link to check their results here in this article.

KIIT has announced KIITEE 2022 result for the phase 2 exam held on April 14, 15, 16, and 17 in remote online proctored mode. The result is available at kiitee.kit.ac.in. Candidates have to use their application number and date of birth to login and check their result.

Based on the marks of the candidates in KIITEE, separate merit lists are drawn for all courses. Admission is offered based on counselling and seat allocation conducted by KIIT. As per the availability of seats in different courses, the cut-off rank for counselling will be notified. Candidates, having rank above the cut-off rank, shall be called for counselling.

KIITEE 2022 tie-breaking to decide ranks

In case of two or more candidates securing equal marks, inter-se merit of such aspirants will be determined as follows:

B.Tech(4 Years),B.Sc (Computer Science): On the basis of marks obtained in Mathematics, then in Physics and then by age (preference to older candidates).

B.Arch: On the basis of marks obtained in NATA.

BTech (LE): On the basis of marks obtained in Mathematics than in Basic Electrical Engineering and then by age. (Preference to the older candidate).

BSc Nursing: On the basis of marks obtained in Biology, then in Chemistry and then by age (Preference to the older candidate).

BBA / BCA/Bachelor in Design (Fashion/Textile)/Bachelor in Film & Television Production /BA.LLB/BBA LLB/B.Sc.LLB/ Master of Mass Communication(Integrated): On the basis of Marks obtained in Mathematical Ability, then in Analytical Ability. Then in English and then by age. (Preference to the older candidate)

BA Economics (Hons), B.A Sociology (Hons), BA English (Hons), BCom: Preference to Older Candidates.

Biotechnology- Dual Degree (B.Tech/M.Tech)(5 years): On the basis of marks obtained in Biology, then in Chemistry and then by age (preference to the older candidate).

MCA / MCA(LE): On the basis of the marks obtained in Computer Awareness, then Mathematics and then by age ( Preference to the older candidate).

M.Tech,M.Sc (Computer Science), MA in Economics, MA in Sociology, MA in English,M.Com, Master of Mass Communication(2Years): Preference is given to older candidates.

M.Sc. (Applied Microbiology/Biotechnology): On the basis of marks obtained in Biology, then Chemistry, then Mathematics and then by age. (preference to older candidates).

LLM: Preference is given to older candidates.

KIITEE 2022 Counselling

The counselling schedule is published on the KIIT Website after the declaration of the result. Candidates have to attend the counselling as per the schedule. The counselling process is stopped as soon as all the seats reserved for the KIITEE-2022 are filled up. Verification of documents would be done at the time of counselling/admission.
