Candidates who qualify in the AIBE 2021 exam will be issued the Certificate of Practice (CoP) which is essential to practice in a court of law. AIBE 2021 exam was held on Oct 31.

The Bar Council of India (BCI) will declare the results of the AIBE 2021 exam anytime now. The certificate exam was conducted in pen-and-paper mode on October 31, 2021. The results of the exam will be declared as pass or fail, but no scores will be released. Candidates who secure the category-wise minimum marks and qualify in the exam will be issued the CoP certificate and will become eligible to practice in a court of law.

The Bar Council has also released the CoP for the AIBE XV exam on Dec 13. It can be collected from the respective state bar councils. The list of states for which the CoP is available is given below.

How to check AIBE (16) 2021 results

To check your qualifying status in the AIBE XVI exam, follow the steps mentioned below. 

  1. Once the AIBE 2021 result is declared, go to the exam portal - Click Here
  2. The AIBE XVI result login window will open
  3. Enter your roll number and date of birth
  4. On login, your qualifying status would be displayed on screen.

If you have qualified in the AIBE 2021 exam, then you can obtain the CoP from your State Bar council. Note that the certificate is sent to the respective councils three or four months after the declaration of AIBE results.

What details are mentioned in the AIBE results?

The result card of AIBE (16) would contain your name, roll number, date of birth, category, and qualifying status in AIBE XV exam.

AIBE 2021 qualifying marks

The qualifying marks will only be known once the AIBE results 2021 are declared. It is because, if the total marks change, like when a question is dropped, the qualifying marks will also change. However, the qualifying percentage will remain constant.
