CLAT 2025 Result Petition Hearing on January 30, Delhi HC To Announce CLAT Result To Be Revised or Not

The Delhi High Court is scheduled to hear the petition concerning the CLAT 2025 result on January 30, 2025. Candidates had raised concerns over discrepancies in the CLAT answer key 2025, alleging errors that may have impacted the result calculation. The petitioners are seeking a re-evaluation of the answer key and an adjustment in the CLAT 2025 final result computation.

The CLAT Consortium and representatives from the National Law Universities (NLUs) will present their defense, asserting that the examination process was fair and transparent. The outcome of this hearing could affect the CLAT 2025 result and the subsequent counselling schedule.

Earlier, Aditya Singh, a candidate challenging the results of the 2025 Common Law Admission Test (CLAT-UG), informed the Delhi High Court that he intends to approach the Supreme Court to seek the transfer of his case from the High Court to the top court.

Singh's lawyer told the Bench, led by Acting Chief Justice Vibhu Bakhru and Justice Tushar Rao Gedela, that since similar matters are pending in other High Courts, they will request the Supreme Court to consolidate these cases and hear them. The Division Bench then adjourned the matter until January 30.
