Candidates who are looking forward to appear in CLAT 2026 must check the eligibility criteria for five year LLB and LLM courses respectively. The Consortium verifies the eligibility of shortlisted candidates during the counselling process, and candidates must submit supporting documents to ensure their eligibility for admission.

Candidates who are looking forward to appear in CLAT 2026 must check the eligibility criteria for five year LLB and LLM courses respectively. The Consortium verifies the eligibility of shortlisted candidates during the counselling process, and candidates must submit supporting documents to ensure their eligibility for admission. Hence, it is crucial to fill out the CLAT 2026 Application Form carefully. Read further to know more.

 

The Consortium of NLUs will conduct the CLAT Exam on December 7, 2025. The CLAT Application Process will begin on August 1, 2025.  Along with the notification,  the eligibility criteria for undergraduate and postgraduate courses.  The last date to fill CLAT Application Form is October 31, 2025. Candidates who are looking forward to appear must check the eligibility criteria for five year LLB and LLM courses respectively.

The Consortium of NLUs will open the CLAT Application Correction Window 2026 which allowed candidates to edit their CLAT 2026 Application Form before finally submitting it. Candidates can follow the steps to edit CLAT application 2025 as under

  1. Click on the CLAT 2026 application correction link
  2. Login using mobile number and password
  3. Click on the Edit Application button
  4. Go to 'Category and Seat Reservation' for NLU preferences, as well as, Personal details tab for OBC category status, whether Non-Creamy Layer or Creamy Layer
  5. Make the required changes, Click on Next button
  6. Click on the declaration checkbox, and Save to submit the changes
