The Consortium of NLUs has changed the reservation criteria for NALSAR Hyderabad. The exam is scheduled to be held on December 7, 2025. Read further to know more.

CLAT 2026: The Consortium of National Law Universities has revised the reservation criteria for NALSAR Hyderabad for the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT). The notice stated, "For both UG and PG: The SC of TL category has been sub divided into 3 sub-groups as SC-TL (Group I), SC-TL (Group II) and SC- TL(Group III). Candidates are requested to view the Telangana State Rationalisation of Reservations of SC Act document for clarification regarding which Schedule castes belong to which group available."

All candidates who have applied for SC-TL must update their reservation by December 1, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. Candidates are also advised to view the updated brochure of NALSAR, Hyderabad, on the consortium website under the Participating Universities page. 

How to update the CLAT 2026 reservation category? 

Candidates can follow the simple steps given below to update the reservation category given below 

• Visit consortiumofnlus.ac.in
• Login to CLAT candidate account
• Click on the ‘Update SC-TL Reservation’ button
• Select the reservation category you want to claim in the drop-down.
• Click on the button to save changes

CLAT 2026 Exam is scheduled to be held on December 7, 2025. Candidates must download their CLAT Hall Ticket to appear in the exam. Without the CLAT Admit Card, candidates won't be allowed to appear in the CLAT Exam.
