CLAT 2026 Objection Fees Reduced: The Consortium of National Law Universities has reduced the answer key objection fees to challenge UG/ PG answer key. Now, the CLAT answer key 2026 objection fees is INR 500. Until now, students had to pay INR 1,000 to raise objections against CLAT provisional answer key for UG and PG courses. The provisional answer key 2026 for the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) 2026, held on December 7, is now available. The answer key challenge window is also open for eligible candidates.

Students can challenge any discrepancies they find in the CLAT 2026 provisional answer key PDF. The answer key challenge portal will remain active till 5 PM on Friday, December 12, 2025. Students have to attach a valid supporting document to support their claim. Without proper proof, the objections will not be considered. If the objection is found to be valid, the CLAT 2026 answer key objection fee of INR 500 for that specific question will be refunded.
How to Challenge CLAT Answer Key 2026?
The following steps will help students to raise objections against provisional answer key:
- Visit consortiumofnlus.ac.in
- Log in using registration number and password
- Click on CLAT 2026 Provisional Answer Key Objection link.
- Select a question to challenge and attach supporting proof.
- Pay CLAT 2026 objection fee online and submit objections.

Apart from the CLATAdmit Card, candidates must carry the following documents to the exam centre:
- Passport-sized photograph (same as the one uploaded with the application form)
- A valid photo ID proof (Aadhaar card/ Driving Licence/ PAN Card/ Passport/ Voter ID)
- Transparent water bottle
CLAT exam day dos:
- Reach examination centre at the reporting time mentioned on your CLAT admit card.
- Carry two copies of the CLAT admit card, one photo ID card, passport size photos
- PwD candidates should carry relevant certificates and documents.
- Carry a blue/black ball point pen for signing attendance sheet
CLAT exam day don'ts:
- Do not carry items such as bags, purses, pencil box, beepers, wrist watch, calculators, mobile phones, electronic devices, scanners, cameras, wireless/Bluetooth transmission or any such communication devices.
- Don't wear closed shoes, jewellery made of metal, jackets, clothes with pockets, mehendi on palms. Socks are allowed inside it.
- Don't wear caps, hoodies or jackets/shirts with pockets
- Don't be late for exam. Entry gates will be closed 15 minutes before the commencement of exam.

The Consortium of NLUs conducts the CLAT Exam from 2 pm to 4 pm. The exam is held only in one slot. There are no shifts in CLAT Exam. The exam will be held in pen-and-paper mode.
