Jamia Millia Islamia's Faculty of Law has shared its placement report, highlighting pre-placement offers for its students. Students from the JMI BA LLB department have not only secured pre-placement offers from prominent law firms but also received admission offers for higher education from universities abroad. Two BA LLB students have secured pre-placement offers from Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India and Trilegal, with an annual package of 9 LPA and 16.5 LPA, respectively. Another BA LB (Hons) student received an admission offer for the Master of Law (LLM) program from the University of Cambridge, United Kingdom.
With the help and assistance of the leadership of Vice-Chancellor Professor Mazhar Asif and Registrar Professor Md. Mahtab Alam Rizvi, numerous students have gotten positions at top organisations with good packages and received admission offers from prominent colleges for higher education in the law domain.
Jamia Millia Islamia is pleased with these students' achievements, which reflect the Faculty of Law's high academic standards and outstanding education.
According to the university brochure, JMI will admit students to its BA LLB (Hons) program using the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) in the academic year 2025-26. There are 120 places available for this course. Students who have appeared for the CUET examination will be eligible to appear for the BA LLB admission in Jamia Millia Islamia.
