The last date to apply online for Engineering programmes and courses offered at Aligarh Muslim University is August 28. Register and apply now.
The Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) had earlier in the month re-opened the application portal so that students who were not able to apply earlier, could do so to the programme of their interest. The varsity had also introduced new engineering courses in BTech and MTech programmes. The application window opened from August 14, 2020, onwards and the last date to apply for all courses except Engineering courses was till August 21, 2020. The last date to apply for BTech and MTech courses is till August 28, 2020.
Students who have not yet applied are advised to do so now as the application portal closes tomorrow and thereafter students will not be able to apply for admission to the course of their interest offered at the varsity. AMU had introduced new engineering courses such as BTech in Food Technology and MTech (Civil Engineering) in Earthquake Engineering & Disaster Management.

How to Apply for AMU Entrance Exam
Students can follow the below-mentioned steps on how to register and apply for the AMU Entrance Exam.
Step 1: The candidate first has to visit the official website of Aligarh Muslim University ((AMU).
Step 2: On reaching the homepage of the website, the candidate has to click on the ‘Admissions’ tab mentioned on the panel.
Step 3: On reaching the Admissions page, the candidate has to click on ‘2020-21 Application Forms’.
Step 4: The candidate will have to create a login ID and password before applying online.
Step 5: Once the credentials are created, the candidate can proceed to fill up the application forms.
Step 6: Enter your personal and academic details on the application form.
Step 7: Upload the documents and images according to the size and dimensions mentioned on the application form
Step 8: Once the details have been entered, proceed to pay the application via online mode i.e. net banking/credit card/debit card/UPI.
Step 9: Once the payment is made, the candidate has successfully applied online for the AMU Entrance Exam.
