How to raise grievance in MH CET Law 2026 

MH CET Law 2026: Maharashtra State CET Cell releases alphabetical merit list before every CAP round of MH CET Law counselling for both 3 and 5 year LLB courses. This MH CET Law alphabetical list is arranged by candidates’ names, so that they can check their details carefully and raise a grievance if there is any error.

Candidates can raise grievance online through official MH CET CAP portal. Errors in name, category, domicile, gender and scores are valid to be pointed out and each objected error must be backed by proof document. Candidates must submit their grievance by 10th September for MH CET 5 Year LLB 2026 Round 3 and by 11th September for MH CET 3 year LLB 2026 Round 3.

How to Raise a Grievance Against MH CET Law Alphabetical List?

Candidates can go through these steps to raise grievance

  • Log in to llb3cap26.mahacet.org or llb5cap26.mahacet.org
  • Go to Candidate login
  • Tap on Grievance after logging in CAP Portal
  • Select field that has error
  • Add remark regarding the error
  • Upload clear picture of supporting document
  • Submit grievance and download acknowledgement receipt

  • Name/spelling mismatch
  • Category
  • Domicile status
  • Gender
  • Date of birth
  • CET score
  • Candidature type 

Candidates cannot file grievances after final merit list gets released.
