Jamia Millia Islamia Discontinued Courses

Jamia Millia Islamia has released an official notice stating that the university will be discontinuing certain courses for 2026-27 admission cycle due to less number of applications received for them. Along with this, Jamia also assures that candidates who applied for some of the courses will get their application fee back in their bank accounts, while for other courses, JMI will offer direct admission without test. JMI Discontinued Courses

Following courses will not be available and Jamia will send back the application fee to applicants:

• PG Diploma in Translation Proficiency in English (Self-Financed) (Part Time) - G16 Code
• PG Diploma in Disaster Management (Self-Financed) (Evening) - G14 Code
• Diploma (Leather Goods & Footwear Technology) (Self-Financed) - D02 Code
• Master of Hotel Management (Self-Financed) - M67 Code
• MFA Art Management (Self-Financed) - M94 Code

According to JMI's official notice, "Applicants who have already applied to the following programs will be granted direct admission without an admission test. The admission schedule will be published soon."

• M.Sc. (Biophysics) 2-Sem - M78 Code
• M.A. Sanskrit - M69 Code
• Diploma in Portuguese (Part -time) - D13 Code
• B.A. (Hons) Sanskrit - B30 Code
