AP ICET Counselling 2026 Registration (Begins) LIVE: Check Required Documents, Fees & Process

Uploaded certificates of general and regular category candidates are validated electronically by verification officers using connected government web services. Candidates do not need to attend the AP ICET certificate verification round physically if all documents are verified successfully online.

The verification of uploaded certificates, under AP ICET phase 1 counselling,, by designated Help Line Centre officers starts on August 25, 2026, and concludes on September 1, 2026.

Candidates must complete their online registration and processing fee payment by August 31, 2026. AP ICET counselling registration facility will close after this date, and no extensions have been announced in the official notification.  

During the AP ICET counselling process, candidates claiming minority status must select the applicable "Minority-Muslim" or "Minority-Christian" category during registration. They must upload an SSC Transfer Certificate displaying religion or a minority certificate issued by the head of the institution.

Candidates can now proceed to register for the AP ICET 2026 counselling process. The official website, cap.apcfss.in, hosts the AP ICET counselling registration 2026.

Non-local candidates claiming eligibility must submit a 10-year Andhra Pradesh residence certificate of either parent (excluding employment periods outside AP) issued by a Tahsildar, or proof of parent employment in state/central government bodies within Andhra Pradesh.

Candidates claiming tuition fee reimbursement must upload a parent Income Certificate issued on or after January 1, 2023. The age limit as of July 1, 2026, must not exceed 30 years for OC candidates and 34 years for SC, ST, and BC candidates. 

Candidates from the Open Category (OC) claiming 10% Economically Weaker Sections reservation must submit a valid EWS certificate for the financial year 2026-27 obtained from MeeSeva or Gram Sachivalayam.  

Candidates seeking category-based reservation must upload an Integrated Community Certificate issued by the competent Andhra Pradesh government authority. General OBC certificates are not accepted in place of the state-issued Integrated Community Certificate.

Candidates who completed intermediate through vocational streams must upload their Intermediate Bridge Course Certificate alongside the intermediate marks memo during online registration.

Candidates must upload continuous study certificates to establish local area status:

• For 3-Year Degree Graduates: Study certificates from Class 9 to Degree
• For 4-Year Degree Graduates: Study certificates from Class 10 to Degree

Candidates must prepare scanned copies of key academic records before registration:

• AP ICET 2026 Hall Ticket and Rank Card
• SSC or equivalent Marks Memo
• Intermediate/Diploma Marks Memo
• Degree Consolidated Marks Memo and Degree OD/Provisional Certificate
• Transfer Certificate (T.C.)

While filling the AP ICET registration form, candidates must upload all required academic, category, and identity certificates strictly in PDF format. Documents should be legible to prevent rejection during verification.  

The username and password generated during AP ICET 2026 new registration serve as common credentials across all eligible Andhra Pradesh State CETs. Candidates eligible for more than one CET do not need to perform separate registrations on the portal.

All one-time passwords (OTPs), verification status messages, and seat allotment alerts are sent directly via SMS to the mobile number provided during registration. Candidates must keep this number active and accessible throughout the entire counselling cycle.

Candidates must submit the following details on the "New Registration" screen to create login credentials:

• Select AP ICET from the CET list
• Select Degree Board and enter Degree Hall Ticket Number
• Select Degree Year of Passing and enter Date of Birth
• Enter and confirm active Mobile Number
• Enter and confirm Aadhaar Number
• Accept the declaration and click "Generate OTP"

To register for MBA programmes through AP ICET counselling, candidates must have completed a recognized bachelor's degree of at least 3 years duration from a recognized university. Degrees obtained through distance mode must have joint recognition from UGC, AICTE, and DEC/DEB.  

Candidates must satisfy the qualifying examination marks requirement to register for APICET 2026 counselling:

• OC Candidates: Minimum 50% aggregate marks in graduation
• SC, ST, and BC Candidates: Minimum 45% aggregate marks in graduation

Feed: In case of transaction failure due to network delays, candidates must initiate the payment again. Any excess amount debited during a failed attempt will be refunded automatically to the source account within 7 working days. 

The counselling processing fee can be paid online through multiple payment gateways available on the portal:

• Net Banking
• Debit Card
• Credit Card
• UPI

Candidates participating in AP ICET web counselling must pay a non-refundable processing fee online:  

• OC and BC Candidates: INR 1,250  
• SC and ST Candidates: INR 650

Candidates who wish to participate in the AP ICET 2026 counselling have to pay the counselling fee of INR 1250 (if they belong to unreserved categories), or INR 650 (if they belong to reserved categories)

Yes, only the candidates with an AP ICET 2026 rank are eligible for the counselling process. All unreserved category candidates who scored a minimum of 25 per cent in AP ICET 2026 received a rank. Whereas, reserved category candidates got a rank, irrespective of their AP ICET score.
