CAT 2023 registration process

CAT 2023 registration process is currently underway at the IIMCAT website. MBA aspirants who plan to pursue the course from the IIMs and 1200 other MBA colleges in India, must fill the CAT 2023 registration cum application form before the last date. The CAT 2023 registration last date is September 13, 2023. Applicants can apply and pay the fee by 5:00 pm on September 13.

The CAT 2023 exam will be held on November 26, 2023 in three shifts.  This year, IIM Lucknow is conducting the exam. There is no change in the syllabus or pattern of the exam. Test timings are also the same as last year.

The CAT 2023 application process started on August 2, 2023. This year the CAT form fee has been increased to INR 2,400 for General/NC-OBC candidates and INR 1,200 for SC/ST/PWD candidates.

CAT form last date 2023 may be revised and the submission window can be extended for a week. However, it is best to submit the CAT application form well in time. Check below the CAT 2023 exam schedule:

CAT Registration cum Application Process 2023

The CAT 2023 registration and form filling process is online. Given below is the process to fill the CAT application form:

• Open the iimcat.ac.in website in a web browser
• Click on ‘new registration’
• Enter name, date of birth, nationality, phone number and email ID
• Click on ‘Generate OTP' option
• Use OTP received in email to verify registration and go to CAT form
• Enter personal, academic and professional details
• Upload a recent passport size photo and scanned signature
• Select test cities, courses and IIMs
• Pay the fees via debit/credit card, net banking or e-wallet to complete the process

If you have registered for the exam but haven’t filled the form or paid the fee yet, then you should do it before the CAT 2023 registration last date. It is mandatory to complete all three steps – registration, form filling, fee payment, to be eligible for appearing in the exam.

The CAT 2023 admit card will be issued to only those candidates whose CAT forms will be accepted.
