- Copy of counselling registration form
- Mark Sheet of qualifying examination (Original + 3 Photocopies Self Attested)
- Transfer Certificate: Original + 1 Photocopy (Self Attested)
- Migration Certificate: Original + 1 Photocopy (Self Attested)
- Caste Certificate for SC/ST/OBC (non-creamy layer) candidates (Original + 1 Photocopy selfattested)
