IBSAT 2021 selection process begins; Know important tips here

TISS is conducting the IBSAT 2021 selection process from today onwards. The Group Discussion and Personal Interview rounds will be held for the shortlisted candidates on the basis of the IBSAT 2021 result. The selection process will be held till February 27, 2022, in online mode. On the basis of the candidate’s performance in GD/PI rounds, final admission will be offered to the candidates to the MBA/PGDM programme of IBS campuses.

To crack the IBS Group Discussion and Personal Interview rounds, candidates must note the important points mentioned below: 

• Know important topics for Group Discussion 
• Have expression clarity  
• Showcase managerial qualities 
• Use appropriate verbal and non-verbal language 
• Be a good listener, allow other candidates to express 
• Dress well for the personal interview  
• Answer the questions calmly and take time to give a thought 
• Keep yourself updated with the current events 
• Give logical propositions. Back your answers with logic which will help to persuade the panelist (s).
