IIHMR-U MAT 2022 Phase-1 Exam Conducted on Mar 1; Check Selection Process

IIHMR University conducted the IIHMR-U MAT exam for phase I admission, GD and PI rounds are scheduled to be held from tomorrow; check the selection process here.

IIHMR University conducted the IIHMR-U MAT 2022 under the first admission round on March 1. Candidates who completed the IIHMR-U MAT registration on or before February 20, were able to appear for the IIHMR-U MAT exam. Applicants, who appeared for IIHMR-U MAT or registered based on the national level exam scores, are now allowed to appear for the Group Discussion round on March 3. Followed by the GD round, candidates can appear for a Personal Interview on March 4.

Candidates who are not satisfied with their performance in the entrance test under first-round admission can also complete the IIHMR-U MAT 2022 registration for phase II. 

IIHMR University Admission Process

For admission to IIHMR University, candidates are evaluated on different parameters including their performance in the entrance test, GD, PI, and work experience (if any). Space below provides the weightage for different parameters considered under the IIHMR University selection process:

1. Entrance test scores: 30 per cent
2. Score at graduation level: 30 per cent
3. Performance in GD: 15 per cent
4. Performance in PI: 20 per cent
5. Co-Curricular activities/Work experience: 5 per cent

Candidates who had eligible scores in any of the following exams were exempted from taking the IIHMR-U MAT exam:

• CAT
• XAT
• MAT
• NMAT
• CMAT
• ATMA
• GMAT
• GPAT

Tips for IIHMR U MAT GD-PI

Here are some important tips for IIHMR-U MAT GE-PI rounds:

• Candidates must report at the GD-PI centre one hour prior to the scheduled time
• Candidates are not allowed to enter the centre without a face mask
• Documents to be carried at the time of GD-PI are mentioned below:
• Graduation mark sheet
• Printout of IIHMR-U MAT application confirmation page
• Valid ID proof bearing a photo
