IIM Ahmedabad released the CAT 2021 Test Day Guide today on the official website of the exam. The CAT exam is scheduled for November 28 and candidates must go through the official test day guide for important instructions related to the exam day.

CAT 2021 Exam Slots and Timings
CAT exam 2021 is of two hours, with sectional time-limit of 40 minutes. For PwD candidates, the exam duration is 2 hours 40 minutes. Check the exam slots and timings below:

CAT 2021: Dos for Candidates
- Carry CAT 2021 admit card, photo identity card, mask, sanitizer, required Medical certificate(s) and Scribe affidavit (if any) to the exam centre
- Report at the Test Centre based on the reporting time that you receive by SMS and email the previous day
- Use the Google map link embedded in the electronic version of the Admit Card to locate the CAT test centre
- Maintain silence and remain in queue during entry to the Test Centre, temperature check using thermo gun, document verification, IRIS and Photo capture and exiting the test centre
- Before leaving for the Test Centre, verify and carry original ID proof and the printed CAT 2021 admit card
- Drop the admit card, duly signed in the presence of the invigilator, in the box provided before leaving the test lab
- Candidates with metal implant, pacemaker, etc. in their body are required to present supporting medical certificate at the exam centre
CAT 2021: Don’ts for the Candidates
- Do not carry any prohibited items such as electronic gadgets etc. inside the test lab
- Do not request for change of test centre/exam lab/console on the exam day
- Do not wear any jewelry (or any item(s) containing metal), Shoes/footwear with thick soles, and garments with large buttons
- Don’t carry own Stationery items, pens, wallets, and goggles inside the test lab
